My goal is to bring you into full connection with your power, and your Divinity.  To ignite and awaken the light within you.  During a one-on-one session, we will explore the root of your issue(s) to understand how best to begin with the healing modalities I have in my toolbox.  

We would usually begin by clearing stuck emotional traumas from the body, resetting the subconcious programs & patterns that are running in your life, and most likely some Reiki at each session to balance your energy, and bring alignment to your subtle bodies and ultimately, restore homeostasis to your body systems.

The Bars-Access Conscisousness program may need to be run, which is like dumping the hard drive from your brain, giving you a complete reset and blank canvas to start from in your life.  I also provide Lightarian Clearings and Attunements, when guided to do so, and when it is needed for you to reach a new level in your souls’ evolution. Each session would be different according to what is showing up in your life, and we would progress from previous sessions, clearing deeper levels of wounding and connecting you back to your true essence and power.

Various instruments and shamanic tools may be used, and always a Flower Essence is provided so bring your water bottle – and a Crystal will be gifted to take home and continue the healing and integration.
