Our Sound offerings at the Medicine Cave incorporate the use of song; both mantras & icaros, (plant medicine songs), alchemy crystal bowls, planetary hand chimes, flutes, bells, drums, and gongs. Melody creates a soundscape myriad of wonder to take you from the finite to the infinite. These sessions will help alleviate anxiety, depression, release tension in the body, balance the mind, and align your body with spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed & renewed.

Each session is unique to the energies and aspects that we are experiencing at the time – As Above, So Below. Melody works closely with the elements, the cosmic patterns, and the songs, and each instrument and vibrational song is chosen specifically for the frequency that they carry. Whilst incorporating concentrated breathwork to ground you into the body and open up the energy pathways, these powerful healing tones awash your cells, cleansing and purifying, to create a deeply relaxing sound sensory therapeutic meditation experience. These soundscapes also entrain the brainwave states, to prepare for deep relaxation, allowing for deep healing to occur in the body.

Each meditation is utilizing the theme of energies at play, and can be crafted to create any specific experience, some examples being heart openings, balancing, purifying, and healing. Whatever is needed will be delivered with a depth of intention, and with ease, grace & joy!
